Changing from Omakase to a DIY-style experience — offering the same uncompromising quality, but with freedom of choice at the heart of the table. Rather than guiding you through a set order, we now encourage you to explore, mix, and savor at your own pace.

Select from three premium course options, featuring A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Ribeye, seasonal vegetables, and à la carte additions for a truly tailored experience.
Flexible Dining Hours
Reservations are now available between 4:30pm and 8:30pm at your convenience (last seating at 8:30pm, close at 10:30pm). Relax, unwind, and pair your meal with curated sake and wine, chosen to elevate the depth and umami of each cut.
