We currently accommodate 3 groups - up to 6 guests at one slot. An air purifier will be set between the group and air circulation will be made with opening the door and a strong commercial fan in the kitchen.
As considering safety and your comfortability first, we would kindly request you to read our guideline for COVID-19 due in advance. We are always welcome by yourself, with friends or with families. Please take a breath of relief at our tables, and enjoy your precious time with us - one and only Omakase / tasting menu in the world - Japanese finest beef and pork with incredible umami explosion.
Protecting all of our communities, including you and us are the highest priority. We would appreciate you to let us know how you feel about what we offer, and feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Dinner is prix fixe at $148 per person, exclusive of both tax and gratuity. You are welcome to bring your own wine or sake at an $49 corkage fee per bottle.
As the preparation between each slot and after the second slot, we ask for your timely arrival. We cannot guarantee serving the full menu for late arrivals of 20 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late or more, your reservation will be cancelled.
We offer up to 5 seatings - only 2 group, each evening at 2 slots,
1:00 - 2:30pm(Sat), 5:30 - 7:00pm and 8:00 - 9:30pm.

Food Allergies and Restrictions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions such as no beef, vegan and vegetarian. For any other restrictions, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for accommodations. Please email shabushabumayumon@gmail.com with any inquiries. All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen with limited space. Depending on the severity of allergies, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
*GLUTEN Allergy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for accommodations. Please email us whether you can eat regular soy sauce or not.
($178 for GF options / Available at our regular price for a person who CAN eat regular soy sauce.)

Due to our limited capacity of only 2 groups, please be advised any cancellations made less than 24 hours of the reservation are subject to charge of full price of $148 per person. Please email us shabushabumayumon@gmail.com with any inquiries for the cancellation, not allowing by a phone call because we sometimes miss it due to the operation or shopping for the preparation.
