What is omakase? Omakase is a Japanese style of serving food to our customers one at a time and leaving the entire course up to the decision of the chef. This allows the customer to enjoy the taste of each dish, savor it, and look forward to what is next. It is a journey through flavors you have never tasted, and you let us provide you with that experience.
But why do we do omakase? We know that the best condition to eat any meat in general, is when it is freshly made. There is a window of time after meat has been served where the meat maintains its warmth, texture, temperature, and that all translates to its flavor.
